2 cups cooked rice
Boneless chicken breast
Basil leaves
Thai chilies, or serrano red peppers
4 cloves of minced garlic
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
Cilantro
1 Lemon
Vegetable oil
Directions
- Cook soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and garlic together in a pan with vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes
- Add cut chicken breast into the mixture and cook until the chicken loses its raw color
- Add half of the lemon and Thai chilies into the pan and cook for 2-4 minutes
- Top it off with basil leaves and serve with rice
- Enjoy!
