Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • Boneless chicken breast

  • Basil leaves

  • Thai chilies, or serrano red peppers

  • 4 cloves of minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp fish sauce

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • Cilantro

  • 1 Lemon

  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  • Cook soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and garlic together in a pan with vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes
  • Add cut chicken breast into the mixture and cook until the chicken loses its raw color
  • Add half of the lemon and Thai chilies into the pan and cook for 2-4 minutes
  • Top it off with basil leaves and serve with rice
  • Enjoy!
