Chopped yellow onion
1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
1 tsp sugar, any type of sugar
Sesame oil
Green onion
Say sauce
Chicken, cut into pieces
2 tsp fish sauce
Salt & Pepper
One day old rice
Directions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to a pan with sesame oil to cook until chicken to slightly browned
- Stir fry the red pepper, chopped yellow onion, and sugar in a pan for 4-5 minutes or until the onion is slightly browned
- Add rice to the pan and mixed until all the rice is separated in the mixture
- Add 1 egg to the mixture and immediately mix the egg in with the rice
- Add soy sauce and fish sauce to the mixture, add to taste
- Add chicken into mixture, adjust soy sauce and fish sauce to your preference
- Top it off with some green onion or cilantro
- Enjoy!
