Ingredients

  • Chopped yellow onion

  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips

  • 1 tsp sugar, any type of sugar

  • Sesame oil

  • Green onion

  • Say sauce

  • Chicken, cut into pieces

  • 2 tsp fish sauce

  • Salt & Pepper

  • One day old rice

Directions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to a pan with sesame oil to cook until chicken to slightly browned
  • Stir fry the red pepper, chopped yellow onion, and sugar in a pan for 4-5 minutes or until the onion is slightly browned
  • Add rice to the pan and mixed until all the rice is separated in the mixture
  • Add 1 egg to the mixture and immediately mix the egg in with the rice
  • Add soy sauce and fish sauce to the mixture, add to taste
  • Add chicken into mixture, adjust soy sauce and fish sauce to your preference
  • Top it off with some green onion or cilantro
  • Enjoy!
